Chef Shai Fargian serves up Mediterranean/Israeli street food that is fresh, colorful and vibrant. "We call it glo-cal, global food made from local ingredients," he explains. "We make everything we can in-house, from the pickles to the laffah." Come by and try a free sample of anything on the menu to get familiar with the flavors. "Often, the best way to explain something is to let people taste it," notes Fargian. Wondering what to try first? Fargian recommends the Brussels sprouts. "They are amazing, " he says. "Beautifully caramelized and tossed with dates and white balsamic. They are great with the rotisserie chicken, which is marinated in garlic, tumeric and other spices in our shwarma blend, and the Greek yogurt macaroni and cheese, which is both creamy and tangy."
