Our lobster roll — a classic and authentic New England-style delicacy. We get our lobsters delivered to our door several times a week from the coast of Maine. What are some culinary trends you're seeing in Charlotte? The emergence of craft cocktails has made these delicious libations a big part of a complete dining experience. Our cocktail menu changes seasonally. The ingredients are fresh and pair well with the time of year. One cocktail you'll always find: our oyster shooter! What is one ingredient we will always — or never — see on your menu? You will always see fresh oysters. We have a dozen or more on our menu at a time, and we curate from all over the country. How does the food influence the aesthetic? Our design is based on the story of our rural coastline. The oyster shells used to build the oyster wall on our 5th Street entrance came from Harkers Island. Inside, visitors will find photography from our journeys to Sea Level, North Carolina, and surrounding areas. Sea Level NC
